How and when do I get paid?

Payments from buyer orders go into your GullyFynd Wallet, visible from the Wallet section of the app.

How it works:

• When a buyer pays online, the amount (minus GullyFynd's commission) is credited to your wallet once the order is marked complete.
• For cash-on-delivery or in-person pickup orders, no online payment is involved, so nothing is added to your wallet for that order.
• You can top up your wallet directly for subscription/plan payments via Razorpay.

Withdrawing your balance: reach out via Merchant Support from your Profile to request a payout to your bank account. We're working on making payouts fully self-serve from the app.

If a payment looks missing or incorrect, contact Merchant Support with the order ID and we'll investigate.
