By creating an account or using the GullyFynd app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using GullyFynd
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account and verify it via OTP.
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to use GullyFynd.
Orders & payments
- Products and prices are set and managed by individual sellers on the platform, not by GullyFynd.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms for payment processing.
- Order availability, preparation, and dispatch are the seller's responsibility. Delivery is handled by our logistics partners.
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to the individual seller's policy and applicable law.
Seller listings
Sellers are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, pricing, and product quality. GullyFynd is a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not itself the seller of listed products, except where explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the app — this includes attempting to access other users' accounts, disrupting the service, or submitting false information.
- Don't use GullyFynd for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
GullyFynd is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, delays in delivery, or issues with third-party services (payment processing, delivery partners) beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
